In the lower level you will find a wet bar and a special playroom for kids.
To start, this laundry room wins favorite room in this house. I think it's the grey cabinets, white shiplap, that luxury vinyl floor (yes, it's sheet vinyl), and that faux reclaimed countertop. Such a fun space!
This washer and dryer are timeless and the white gives a really clean look. Feather and Birch also doing this rooms favors with that oversized "laundry" art hanging on the wall. Thanks Heidi!
Next best room would be the master bathroom. There are several things going on here: Double 4' vanities flanking a sitting bench with open cubbies, large white-tile shower, custom linen cabinet, and separate toilet room. Also, these quartz countertops are stunning.
This next space is really a two-for-one. I'll start with the mudroom.
The bench, hooks, and cubbies fit perfectly in this space and the custom message center with a charging station is a unique addition to the room. We also love the custom vanity in the half bath connected to this back entry!
Remember how I said this would be a two-for-one? Well, because the back entry is a few steps lower than the rest of the house we had the option to finish the space below and it would be a 7 ft tall area. What would go well in there? Yes, a kid's play and craft area...we love it!
